There is little more pressing than the mental health of our children. As the mum of a young adult and having worked in schools throughout Kent as well as colleges and universities, my goal is to support students with the practical techniques and skills needed to cope with the pressures they face.

I know from experience that even a small intervention at the right time can directly affect how a student feels and behaves which results in a positive outcome.
