As a teacher, having worked in many schools I understand the pressures only too well. Many excellent teachers are leaving the profession because of chronic emotional and physical burnout. The overwhelming additional responsibilities faced by teachers during the pandemic has further exacerbated the stress and anxiety which existed before.

When you’re in the middle of constant change and flux it becomes impossible to work effectively. Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a very useful practice as it gives you the mental space to gain clarity. The techniques can be adapted to suit the individual’s and school’s needs. My objective is to teach you skills to reduce stress, gain clarity and reinforce your ability to thrive.
